Katie Rapp has been an interior designer for classic and contemporary homes since 1994 and has often experienced difficulty in finding an ideal way to decorate dormer windows.

The dilemma is that curtains can look cluttered and block out the light, whilst roman blinds and louvered shutters are chic but rather basic.
