Inspired by her love of the countryside and her rural life in the heart of the Cotswolds, Vanessa has been designing and producing enchanting fabrics and wallpapers for more than ten years: She currently stocks nine collections: Hand Printed (new for 2011), Meadow, Earth, Cockerel, Wildflower, Seaside, Garden, Woodland, and Sky, all designed in her relaxed signature style and understated colour palette. Featured here is the delightful Seaside collection. Priced at £41 per metre. Vanessa’s collections are responsibly sourced and produced with respect for the environment, and she uses only organic cotton.
Vanessa started her business on her kitchen table 10 years ago. For the first few months she worked after her 4 children (8/10/12/14 years) were tucked up and before they came down in the morning…cutting all the samples with her pinking sheers and rolling out the first orders on a table tennis table!

Shimmering embroidery detail and jewel colours are hallmarks of the eclectic new Pandora collection from Wilman Interiors.
A treasure trove of eight woven fabrics, from multi-coloured embroidery on rich satin grounds, to soft touch chenilles and iridescent sheers, Pandora is luxuriously tactile.
Featuring Jacobean floral trails, undulating wave designs, textured chenille stripes and a myriad of embellishments, the collection offers a range of harmonious textures and designs that add interest and opulence to any scheme.
This season Gant home went to Italy for inspiration.
“This latest collection consists, as usual, of two complementary yet different parts. The Gant Home City line is more sophisticated with a clean almost masculine touch, whereas the Gant Home Country line focuses more on down-to-earth patterns, checks and stripes in classic Gant style.
Between them it should be quite easy to mix and match for every and any room in the house,†says Annette Lundh, designer for Gant Home.
Nono Designs launch Fairground Attraction….
Witty, nostalgic and chic, the new ‘Fairground Attraction’ fabric collection from Nono, gives a playful nod to the charm and vibrancy of the 1930’s fairground, with its vintage motifs and carnival brights.
Graphic harlequin diamonds, bold geometrics, ‘big top’ satin stripes and taffeta ‘zig zag’ embroideries are designed to mix and match, creating a sense of fun, originality and high spirits; luxurious silks have been dyed to match and showcase the statement designs.
Comprising six designs: ‘Big Top’, ‘Gigi’, ‘Happy Hour’, ‘Roll up Roll up’, ‘Show Stopper’ and ‘The Right Lines’; the collection combines youthful colour with flashback patterns, to strike a nostalgic chord in people of all ages.
The colour palette is full on fun, packed with candyfloss pinks, dramatic damsons, cool mojito, striking emerald and lapis, poppy reds, tangerine and on-trend sunshine yellow; black, white and silver increase the contrast and fresh highlights give the collection a kick.
