Drummonds started out re-enamelling and restoring original cast iron bathtubs, antique taps and fittings in 1988.

Initially much restoration was done by outside suppliers, however quality and supply issues persuaded owner Drummond Shaw to establish his own production facilities.

Drummonds now produces exquisite collections of classic solid brass door and window furniture, in addition to bath and basin taps and specialist fittings such as basin stands and plunger wastes for baths – all made to stand the test of time.

Water conservation is the hot topic of the moment, and Ripples is proud to offer you a range of high quality, water saving appliances. They say that being “green” does not have to mean a compromise in style.

Flushing a toilet can often waste up to 9 litres of water in one flush, so introducing a dual flush bathroom toilet reduces the water level to 5 litres. Focusing on the cylinder as the key part of the design, this is a minimalist mixer tap which lacks any design elements that would distract from its function as a water dispenser.

That’s a function it should carry out well, as the spout contains an aerator which creates a soft flow of water.
