The studio and workshop of British clock designer Charlie Turner, is located a few miles from the coast on the Cornish Moors.
Long-case or grandfather clocks usually conjure up images of large and impressive pieces of furniture made from dark woods, like those seen in many grand country houses or old school libraries.
However, Charlie Turner designer, sculpture, artist and horologist is breaking the mould when it comes to clock design. Each of his unique and eye-catching clocks is designed and made by hand in Cornwall.

Carl Hansen With Georg Jenson Present Unique Office Furniture
Carl Hansen & Søn and the design company Georg Jensen, have entered a creative partnership that has resulted in a spectacular Special Edition of office furniture, created especially for the Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2011.
They will present the new office furniture in a special golden version, produced in just one set for the Milan show: Wegner created the new office concept as part of their CH100 series. Carl Hansen & Søn brings workplace aesthetics to the next level, with the desk and accompanying office chairs. All stainless steel parts on the desk, the chairs, the sofa and the coffee table have been coated with 24-karat gold. The exclusive detail permeates the furniture with a warm and welcoming glow that will bring pleasure to the executive floor.
