Paint & Paper Library Provide A Unique Consultation ServiceColour is one of the most difficult aspects of interior decorating to get right, because it has as much to do with light as pigments, and neither is constant.

The consultant will discuss your plans and ideas, and carefully consider the various elements of the project in your home, to assist you to visualise the final effect by providing larger samples of paint and wallpaper and suggesting various possibilities, to enable you to discover the perfect design solution.

Colour Consultations are available by the room for a charge of £100.

For all areas excluding London, an additional charge of 45 pence per mile will be made for travel expenses.

  1. Make sure the box is clean and dry.

Plasti-kote BBQ Spray Paint

BBQ Spray Paint from Plasti-kotePlasti-kote have the ideal product to renovate your tired old barbeque - BBQ Spray Paint. It is simple to use and only takes 2-3 hours to completely dry.

Here’s how to renovate your barbecue:

1. Clear out any old coals and remove the grill.

2. Clean the barbecue with a wire brush to remove any grease, loose rust or dirt.

3. Wipe down, leaving the barbeque clean and dry, and mask off any handles or areas you don’t want sprayed.

4. Protect any surfaces close by that you do not want sprayed.

5. If the barbecue is quite rusty, use Plati-kote’s metal primer first.

6. Spray 3 fine coats of Plati-kote’s BBQ paint leaving 5 minutes between each coat.

The barbeque will be touch dry in 20-30 minutes and thoroughly dry in 2-3 hours.
Please don’t spray the inside of the barbecue where the hot coals will be.

Plant Pots Renovated with Plasti-kote Super Spray PaintYou can give your garden a lift this summer by renovating any tired old garden plant pots using Plasti-kote Super Spray Paint.

Here’s the Plasti-kote method for renovating your plant pots:

1. Clean the pots to get rid of any dirt or moss.

2. Wipe them, leaving the pots thoroughly dry.

3. Protect any surfaces near to the area where you are spraying.

4. If surface is porous, use Plasti-kote’s Super Primer.

5. Spray several coats of Plasti-kote’s Super Spray Paint in the colour of your choice (leave 5 minutes between each coat).

6. Pots will be touch-dry in 10-20 minutes and throughly dry in 30-45 minutes.

7. If you want the pots to stand up to the weather, Plasti-kote also have a clear sealer.

Linda Barker for Valentine’s Day

It’s called “Passion Flower” and is designed by the celebrity home designer Linda Barker. It is available in different colourways including pink (pictured) and blue.

Linda has also designed another wallcovering with a floral theme for B&Q, called “Lotus Flower”, in case Passion Flower isn’t quite to your liking. Like Passion Flower, it is available in various colours.
