La Cornue Launches The Innovative Flamberge Rotisserie
La Cornue, the celebrated specialist range cooker maker has launched its Flamberge Rotisserie, a new built in gas rotisserie for would-be home chefs.
The Flamberge Cabinet can be used indoors or outdoors and will transform the preparation of meat, fish and poultry, with an innovative mixture of air circulation and continuous rotation: The Rotisserie has three adjustable spits that rotate slowly, permitting the meat juices to drip onto vegetables positioned below, therefore cooking two mouth-watering dishes at the same time. The spit is designed to allow for efficient cooking without the flames touching the meat, resulting in perfectly cooked food without scorching.
