Herend has introduced a new range of porcelain tableware, which enables you to get creative and build your own collection, just the way you want it.
It will be revealed at an exhibition at Harrods from 6th October until 6th November.
Milan based fashion designer M. Locatelli (CLS Architetti) together with Herend craftsmen went back to basics:
- Starting with the Herend hallmark : shiny surfaces became matt, rich gilding disappeared and famous designs were broken down to their base elements .
- There are 12 singular choices, but of course you can mix and match those as well.
The Herend Get-Creative-Collection, is a collection inspired by over 180 years of traditions, yet it feels topical and contemporary. ………….It’s a collection with a clear message:
- Herend porcelain is not only for “royals from the past†but also for imaginative, trendy and creative personalities of today.
- Herend’s rich history leads the way to its future, building new ideas on traditions that have been preserved and passed down from generation to generation; in the last two centuries Herend has reinvented itself, again and again.
The Herend Get-Creative-Collection offers boundless possibilities:
- This is how seemingly opposing products, can live side-by-side in perfect harmony; traditional and topical, flawless and unfinished, intense and delicate, disciplined and creative, colourful and colour less.
- Challenge your creativity, let your imagination run free, enjoy the moment; …. join Herend’s artistic game and take pleasure in creating your own porcelain set.
