Whether they’re a nest to snuggle-up in with the kids for festive bedtime stories, or a haven of tranquility to steal precious moments of sleep – to rejuvenate during the Christmas party season, our beds are really important to us at this time of the year!
Here are IKEA’s tips to get the most out of yours:
1.Tired of pillow fights? If you’re a side sleeper, your muscles need more support from a high pillow.
2.If you sleep on your back, opt for medium thickness. If you’re a stomach sleeper, a low pillow can offer the height of comfort.
(The GOSA pillows guide at Ikea online offers lots more useful information)
3. Share your quilt? If your partner tends to hog it, maybe it’s time to consider having a quilt each.
3.Separate quilts are also a good idea, if you and your partner have different body temperatures.
(Have a look at the MYSA quilts guide at IKEA online for more details)
3. Different mattresses suit different bodies, so consult IKEA’s online mattress guide, to see which type suits your shape best.
