The Grisaille Papers from Farrow & Ball
Farrow & Ball have announced the launch of ‘The Grisaille Papers’ their distinctive new wallpaper collection.

The Ringwold Papers from Farrow & Ball
This sophisticated wallpaper, called “The Ringwold Papers”, from Farrow & Ball, is based on an early eighteenth century silk pattern by James Leman.
Originally designed as a woven textile for couture dresses and elaborate gentlemen’s waistcoats, this sprig and berry design has elegant winding branches and two tone variegated leaves.
Traditionally, Farrow & Ball create the depth of colour in their products only achieved through the combination of traditional printing methods and their finest water based paints, as opposed to modern printers inks. This wallpaper is no different – it is available in all five of the Farrow & Ball paint colour families and is offered on both complementary and related tonal grounds.
Linda Barker for Valentine’s Day
If you want to re-vamp your home with a Valentine’s theme, you could try this designer wallpaper from B&Q.
It’s called “Passion Flower” and is designed by the celebrity home designer Linda Barker. It is available in different colourways including pink (pictured) and blue.
Linda has also designed another wallcovering with a floral theme for B&Q, called “Lotus Flower”, in case Passion Flower isn’t quite to your liking. Like Passion Flower, it is available in various colours.
Colour Trends for 2006 from Farrow & Ball
Martin Ephson, Director of specialist paint manufacturers Farrow & Ball has been speaking about the trends in paint and wallpaper that he predicts will be fashionable in 2006:
“For spring and summer ’06 we will see the return of yellows, fine shades like ‘Dayroom Yellow’ and ‘Hound Lemon’ rather than the ever popular but strong ‘Sudbury Yellow’. Also pink, but again, fine colours such as ‘Pink Ground’. ‘Calamine’ and ‘Setting Plaster’. Witness a big return to grey whites, in particular ‘Clunch’, ‘Slipper Satin’ and ‘Off-White’.
Wall to Wall Designer Wallpaper at B&Q
With the current revival of the popularity of wallpaper, B&Q have introduced an extensive range of designer wallcoverings which includes pretty florals, bold stripes, contemporary flocks and beautiful damasks.

The Vermicelli Papers Collection from Farrow & Ball
Farrow & Ball have announced a new wallpaper collection – ‘The Vermicelli Papers’. Based on an 18th Century textile design called ‘Vermicelli’, the distinctive spiral pattern is available in all the Farrow & Ball colour families.
