Tom Faulkner has introduced his innovative Vienna dining table motivated by the fluid organic shapes of Art Nouveau and called after the city that was at the centre of the movement.
Hand-made in Tom Faulkner’s workshop, the Vienna table expresses steel in a fresh light, contrasting its strength with a captivating delicacy.
- The Vienna table’s legs are cut from a solid 25mm steel plate and completed to order.
- The curious table top is shaped between an oval and a rectangle, with softly rounded corners that make it comfortable and companionable.
- The Vienna table in our picture measures 220cm. x 100cm. It features a solid walnut top, with the grain highlighted in a hard-wearing wax-oil treatment. The legs are completed in an intense bronze, which is characteristic of Art Nouveau metal-work.
The Vienna table is available to order in wide selection of different tops and finishes and can also be sized to customers’ special order. Priced from £6,000.
