Mystery Surrounds the Seiko Caprice Clock Collection

Mystery Surrounds the Seiko Caprice Clock Collection Seiko will launch a new collection of clocks in the run up to Christmas that adds a bit of entertainment to timekeeping.

The new Caprice collection features both wall and mantel clocks, which come to life with LED light performances, capturing the viewer with a display of red, purple and green lights:

  • It’s not possible to predict when the performances will occur and what they will look like – they are completely random, the duration of the light shows varies every time, adding to the intrigue.
  • The white and black materials have been chosen to best compliment the glowing LED lights and each clock provides a perfect focal point for any room.

The Caprice collection is further enhanced with a collection of mantel clocks, which feature a traditional Japanese leaf pattern on the clock face:

  • Skilfully crafted, the pattern is double layered and as time passes, the top layer rotates with the hands. The result is a kaleidoscope effect, which is both beautiful and enchanting to the eye.
  • The clock face features striking hour and minute hands, in either a vibrant blue or green depending on whether you choose the case with brown burled effect or brown ebony pattern.

Featured here is the Qxv002b Mantel Clock With Changing Leaf Pattern:

  • Traditional Japanese leaf pattern in centre of clock changes every two hours.
  • Quiet sweep second hand.
  • Dark brown wooden case with ebony pattern veneer.
  • Measures 20.8 x 20.8 x 7.9cm.

Both clocks will prove a welcome addition to any mantel and they are a piece of craftsmanship not to be missed.

The recommended retail price for the wall clock is £150 and £225 for the mantel clock.
