Herend have just launched “Terra” – a range of round and square dishes with a stylized floral motif.
Perfect for parties, Terra dishes can be used to serve crisps, nuts and other finger-food.
The elegant decoration designed by Etelka Meixner is hand-painted in traditional Herend style, including the use of a technique called Goldunterlag, in which a stiff paste is applied before gilding and engraving. On the Terra range, this technique has been used to raise the petals of the purple flower in relief.
Ten different dishes are available in the Terra set, and prices range from £17.50 to £106.00
