The First Time Buyers Home Show will take place on Saturday 2nd March, in London’s Covent Garden, at the Grand Connaught Rooms, to provide a one-stop-shop for people considering purchasing their first home.
This Home Show is an initiative of the Magazine For First Time Buyers, which since 2008 has assisted many people by advising them on how to achieve a start on the property ladder.
It has opened up the ambiguity of shared ownership, as well as the mortgage market and recommends how best to switch from renting to owning a home for the very first time.
There will be free seminars available throughout the day, covering all aspects of purchasing your own property.
This year there is also a Q & A meeting, where property specialists will answer your questions and offer expert advice.

The Nationwide’s Consultation Zone is new to the 2013 show, where experts will explain to first time buyers, every financial aspect of purchasing their first home.
Nationwide have set up a customized scheme, to assist first time buyers in saving for their deposit and provides reasonably priced mortgage contracts. They have also produced an independent Guide For First Time Buyers online.
