E.ON Launches New Energy Saver Product

E.ON Launches New Energy Saver ProductE.ON, a leading electricity and gas company, has launched a new product – Energy Saver, which will help its customers to see the energy they use, in order to help them save both energy and money.

Energy Saver includes:

  • A free home energy monitor (worth £45) so that customers can easily track their electricity use.
  • Capped electricity and gas prices until 1 October 2009.
  • Online tools to help customers measure their energy use and obtain a personalised energy efficiency report and buy discounted energy saving products.
  • In addition, if E.ON’s standard prices fall below the level at which a customer signs up, the user’s prices will fall too; the extent of the reduction will be determined by E.ON.
  • Available to dual fuel and single electricity customers on standard and Economy 7 meters only; excludes prepayment, Heatwise and restricted hour tariff meters.
  • A cancellation fee of £35 applies if a customer leaves Energy Saver before the end of the Price Protection period and changes supplier.
