Rosendahl’s Beautiful, Novel Magnetic Knife Holder

Monday, July 9th, 2007

Rosendahl has launched a beautiful, practical and highly functional magnetic knife holder to compliment their knife range, designed by Komin Yamada.

When you have invested in a high-quality set of kitchen knives it is essential that you look after them correctly; if they are just left in a drawer, they can become scratched, dull and damaged and no longer cut as they should – worse still, they can slip and cut you instead!

The new Magnetic Knife Holder from Rosendahl is easily attached to the wall and since it is 45cm long it can hold lots of knives.

The design on the knife holder of the characteristic five grains of rice, also adorns the knives and it really looks stunning in the kitchen!

The magnetic knife holder retails at £51.95.

Home-tek’s Ainsley Harriott Professional Hand Mixer

Tuesday, May 22nd, 2007

Home-tek’s New Professional Hand Mixer The new Ainsley Harriott Professional hand mixer from Home-tek International has two unique design features:

The hand mixer can just be rested on its base when not in use and it also boasts a useful automatic cord rewind.

The cord rewind facility of this kitchen appliance is also a smart safety feature, as it enables the user to select only the desired length of cord from the socket to the worktop, thus preventing any dangerous trailing flex.

With its silver finish the stylish AH156 hand mixer is ideal for any kitchen and comes with two dough hooks, two beaters and a balloon whisk for the easy creation of a whole variety of recipes.

The mixer incorporates a 300W motor and a three-speed selector with turbo boost; the latter overrides the speed control and gives maximum power immediately and still delivers a boost even when set at full speed.

The recommended retail price is £24.99 and the mixer is guaranteed for two years.

Extras - All kitchen appliances in the Ainsley Harriott Professional range come with a free DVD, which features recipes demonstrated by Ainsley, using the various appliances in the Professional range.

Purchasers of the products can also obtain Ainsley Harriott oven gloves.
