Rosendahl is launching Grand Cru dishes that can take the heat – and like the cold; adorned with the characteristic Grand Cru grooves on the sides and the Rosendahl logo on the base, the three oven-proof glass dishes fit beautifully with the Grand Cru table setting.
But they differ from all the rest of the Grand Cru range, by their ability to endure hours of exposure to more than 300°C in the oven – and they can then be taken straight through to the dining table.
The new, transparent oven-proof dishes are currently available in three sizes: 24 x 12.5 cm, 24 x 24 cm and 25 x 38 cm; they have been cleverly designed so that the small and the medium-sized dishes, fit inside the large dish. This way, three dishes only take up the space of a large dish on its own, thus saving space in the cupboard.
Rosendahl’s new glass dishes are perfectly capable of taking the heat, when cooking meat or vegetables and they are beautiful enough to be put straight on to the table; they also make ideal serving dishes for serving cold food.
