Stylish Brand New Look TVs From LG Electronics

Wednesday, April 16th, 2008

Stylish Brand New Look TVs From LG ElectronicsLG Electronics, a global leader in consumer electronics is once again making a bold statement in the world of fashion, with a new cutting edge TV collection, enabling the home to stand out on the technology catwalk of 2008.

Anthony Yang, LG’s digital display product manager says, “This year we have accentuated our design credentials by paying even more attention to the collection’s look and feel:

The flagship model - The HD Ready 1080p LG6000 featured here, has a striking, slim silhouette and a unique red-coloured back; a round LED light aperture gives the set a soft red pulsating glow, making it the epitome of elegance.

Styling continues to run through the range, as its Hero Plasma model, the PG6000, incorporates a slim, elegant frameless design, which mimics the appearance of a pane of glass creating a sleek, sophisticated look.

LG is the first manufacturer to adopt a new invisible speaker system, specially tuned by audio legend Mr. Mark Levinson, on it’s LCD and plasma screens.

The unique system incorporates speaker actuators around the perimeter of the bezel, eliminating the need for traditional speaker drivers and associated grills; this not only allows for a sleek, finished look, but also offers a wider sweet spot by creating a virtual wall of sound.

The LG6000 is a CES 2008 Innovations Honouree.
The PG6000 was awarded a Best of Innovations video display honour at CES 2008.

The Casual New BeoVision 8 TV From Bang & Olufsen.

Friday, September 21st, 2007

The New 26-inch TV BeoVision 8 From Bang And OlufsenA casual LCD TV with multiple placement options, a fantastic picture and sound performance at an attractive price. These are some of the elements of the new HD-ready 26-inch TV BeoVision 8 from Bang & Olufsen.

BeoVision 8 is a flat-screen television that appeals to the contemporary lifestyle as it doesn’t have to be in the living room, but can fit perfectly in the kitchen, the bedroom, or the children’s playroom; it is also easily moved around and placed high or low, on walls, in cabinets, turned or tilted to match any room interior.

The performance has been optimised for daily and casual use and the focus is on simplicity and ease of use; no unnecessary functions have been included, however both BeoLink functionality and extra video connections can be integrated with a convenient plug-and-play module.

The BeoVision 8 delivers excellent picture quality as the LCD screen is based on a new anti glare technology, so that when you watch TV during the daytime, it results in a considerable improvement of the screen’s contrast conditions.

Once again, Bang & Olufsen has achieved very good sound in very little space and as this is a casual TV switched on all day, a great deal of focus has been placed on speech reproduction.

BeoVision 8 is a genuine Bang & Olufsen TV, as when it comes to craftsmanship and performance - the fusion between design and function remains intact.
